About Brendon
Who are your heroes? What did they teach you?
I have many. Here are a few: Mohandas K. Gandhi, Walter E. Disney, Steven P. Jobs. Their lives articulated great personal growth journeys, with patterns of rise and fall. They exhibited varying degrees of tyrannical shortcomings. Battled continuous internal struggles. Struggles dogged their successes, but never defined them. Imperfections never prevented their outcomes. They are icons of peaceful influence and eternal resilience, forged in adversity.
I have demonstrated talent in the managing of graphics, monitors, and both creating and managing content.
At EVGA a partner and I managed the YouTube channel for 3 years. We built a dynamic to allow for unique video uploads every day. It was a passion as much as a job. Our content has generated 3 million views and grew the subscriber count by tens of thousands.

As a product manager of ViewSonic LCDs, I convinced management for the complete removal of all VGA cables from monitor boxes. This helped reduce e-waste allowing the company to better reach its green initiatives.
I was part of the team and principal architect of the current marketing launch process that ViewSonic America uses to launch new products. I also built a visual map of the process, recognized for providing additional credibility during ISO audits.
I am excited by the prospect of workplaces that can truly harness the creative and strategic might locked away in neuro-divergency. There is room for everyone in the workplace and uniqueness in some that fills the room.
My heroes and my life have shown me that you must rise and fall to rise again. The process allows you to edit, refine and decide what matters to you, what is your core, your essence. With it your voice comes through. Study yourself. Embody your flaws. Vulnerability is bold. You may not know you are being held back. Glass ceilings are transparent.

I ask you again, who are your heroes and what did they teach you?
